      So I finally came to the realization that this magazine is something serious. Having the full control of the every single aspect of the magazine is something I never thought about how magazine companies come up with that. We’ve seen the movies, the interviews, but do we really understand the steps and measures they take? A class like this turkey help and since I leave red about shots, angles, movements, composition, mis-en-scene, amount other, I will be able to use these when creating my magazine. So using what the results of the survey were I will be doing: To begin, I will be working with a partner on this magazine.  Naming my magazine:        Euphorics (received 48.7% of the votes) which would be fully capitalized (76.9% vote in favor of)       I do like this name and sizing a lot so I’m sticking to this result until I chooser otherwise Demographics would be:      17 years old to 20 years old (69.2% majority vote) who, a little more than half, have equal amounts of being a ris

        Hello! So since I’m creating a magazine for the public I want to get their opinion because it limits down how much  Here are the questions I asked: 

      Destination is the first magazine I want to dissect.  History     First edition was posted in 2008. The editor at the time was  Enas Hashani. Currently the editor is Maria Mahdaly. In 2010 after the quick success of the magazine, the parent company, Rumman, was ranked as Saudi Arabia’s fastest growing start up by the All world network. To expand its reach further, in 2013, they decided to create a special edition that caters to the city of Riyadh. In 2018, they have combined all the cities to create Destination KSA that caters to the countries under the banner Guide to Saudi Arabia.  Genre     Travel & Places/ Lifestyle Demographics     120,000 people tune into this magazine. It’s audience consists most of english speakers who are local, visitors, or tourists. The age group would be 20-45 years. Most of its readers are socially outgoing, and eager to participate in community leisure activities.  Production     The magazines are put into stores such as embassies, clinics, hous

     The design of your magazine creates the image you want for it.  The steps you need to design your magazine are: 1. Nail your concept      Make sure you know your purpose, look at other magazines with the same genre, and how to add on.  2. Identify framework     Create your boundaries about how many editions you want to release over a certain period of time. 3. Plan the branding and tone voice     Define the personality of your magazine. Then after you do this, create motifs that matches the brand and tone you’re implementing.   4. Commission the editorial     Get editors to make sure everything about your magazine is typed correctly, placed correctly, tilted correctly, etc. they make sure everything matches the theme of your magazine. 5. Promote your publication     Get into contact with other companies and business that you scouted to support your magazine and allow them to be on their shelves. Send notes, thank you cards, a sneak peek, anything to get them to be interested.  6.
