     Okay just for you to understand why I chose what I chose, I analyzed the magazine cover for you. Using most of not all of the elements that’s make up a magazine cover. Take a look!      One mistake I will point out is that I typed essentials wrong. This would be a huge disaster if I were to actually publish this magazine.     Now that I have analyzed one magazine it’s time for me to analyze another to see the difference in house styles. This time I’m just going to label each thing since I mentioned everything else before. You’ll be able to recognize what I’m talking about since I explained how they are used and what they are.     

      As I said previously, I was going to analyze magazines to get the grasp of house style that is used between different magazines. I chose Cosmopolitan and Time magazine. Cosmopolitan will be the one I dissect in depth and Time will be the one I label. This is the October edition of 2021 with Serena Williams as the model on the front cover.      This assignment was particularly hard for me to do because to point out the certain details that magazines use, you have to know exactly what you’re looking for which confused me a little. 

     Recently I learned the format of house styles of a magazine. At first, I was truly confused because they were so many elements that go into creating a magazine such as a table of contents, front cover, side stories, main stories, the pictures themselves, the captions, the titles, etc. however before I can start to make my mock magazine I will have to know these elements so I can implement them in my product.        I’m going to guess that it was hard for me to understand when my teacher was explaining it because I was not in the right state of mind to learn due to stressed about outside factors but now that she posted the explanation of each element, it has made it easier. I searched up examples on the Internet how to dissect the magazine and they were very helpful. I like how they clearly stated why certain things were used and what impact they had on choosing that style, picture, title, and caption, for the magazine cover.      To break it down, house styles is the way a publish
