Create MY OWN Magazine! (Cover Analysis)

     Okay just for you to understand why I chose what I chose, I analyzed the magazine cover for you. Using most of not all of the elements that’s make up a magazine cover. Take a look!

     One mistake I will point out is that I typed essentials wrong. This would be a huge disaster if I were to actually publish this magazine. Spell check is always important when publishing anything with words in it. 


Preliminary Task- create your own Magazine by incorporating a cover, table of contents and double page spread then analyze what you’ve done.

      Another aspect that gives away how a magazine is formatted/designed would be its history. History plays a big part into what the magazine will be about.      For example, Ebony magazine was created by a black man, John H. Johnson to be in honor of black, African Americans. It was the first magazine during its time to showcase black people on its pages. Reflection on Syllabus

      Hello, I’m back again! I want to explain how I feel about this course so you and I can understand my mindset better.        I’m honestly very confused on a couple of the aspects, which makes me very nervous. As seen in the photo below, this is a great representation of how my mind is as of right now. Aspects such as the format of the posts are confusing me. I’m aware we need a task and an intro, however, that seems to be the bare minimum so I’m going to search if there’s more things to add to each one.       Picking my idea for my magazine also makes me anxious. I don’t think it’s hard to pick an idea but following through is what’s iffy. I want to do an idea that I’m passionate about so I put my best foot forward and my product comes out to be something I’m extremely proud of.
